Q: Are the materials safe for my child?

Yes — we work closely with our suppliers and require compliance with safety standards, avoiding harsh chemicals or treatments. Our shoes are made from quality leather and tested for comfort, durability, and safety.

Q: How should I clean the shoes?

Leather Uppers (Both Collections):

• Wipe with a damp cloth

• Air dry away from heat

Explorer Suede Soles:

• Spot clean with suede brush or dry cloth

Heirloom Rubber Soles:

• Clean with warm soapy water as needed

Q: What size should I order?

We recommend measuring your child’s foot from heel to longest toe and adding 0.5 inch (1.2 cm) of growth room. Use our Size Guide before checkout — if you’re unsure, send us a message and we’ll help!

Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Yes, unworn shoes in original condition can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. (Final Sale on Sale items)
